It's important to manage the evolution of Requirement.
- To be able to analyse the impact.
- To have the tracability of evolution's
Like for Product it will be nice to have the concept of Version. with
- Obsolete ( between "Handle" and "Closed" )
In this case the Requirement is not 'closed' => A new version replace this Requirement
