Greetings from Lower Saxony,
I'm very excited by ProjeQtOr, but do think it could be made more 2018 like.
I made the decision to work on a more responsible Design (maybe a PWA). So my Main-Question is: Do the Design change much in 7.2 and will i be able to upload my design files to the new version?

All depends on how you did it...
What it possible is to send us your work, and if it is good we'll integrate it on a next version (possibly not V7.2 as its release it too near)
