[#2493]

I'm using a smaller laptop screen and when I am in Planning view, the screen scrolling controls do not show up when I expand my project tasks.

The scroll buttons show up in other views like Real Work Allocation, but not in Planning for some reason.

Please see attached word doc for some of the info you mentioned. I don't use Browser zoom. Screen resolution:1366x768

I also spoke to my colleague and he noticed that Projeqtor looks strange on my screen, like a mash up between older version and newer version. He suggested clearing the browser cache, but that didn't help. We did notice that when I zoomed out or collapsed some of the windows, that I could see additional content in the other windows, but still no scroll buttons (see screen shots attached).

I'm starting to think this should be in the Issues part of the forum.

You're using IE in IE7 compatibility mode.
Switch to IE 8 or better to Edge compatibility mode.

I'm using IE10 actually, but I did turn of the Compatibility View. Didn't help though...scroll bars are still missing. Depending on the window, it might be a vertical or a horizontal scroll bar missing.

Could you post printscreen of main page after turning off Compatibility ?
If top buttons are still the same as previously shown (without any background), it means you are still on IE 8 or lower compatibility mode.

Another advise :
Put IE in a trash
Burn the trash
Put hashed in the toilets
Flush the toilets
Run, very very far
and use a real browser, like Chrome or Firefox.

No worries. Thought it was a funny remark about IE.

However, the issue is still there when I use Firefox 38.0.5 (latest version I just updated). I've done another screen shot, zooming out so you can see the tables I can't reach because there's no horizontal scroll button.

Hi,

First , your screen shots shows that you are in IE8 compatibility mode : ugly top button (not looking like buttons) are typical of IE8, as they are correcly displayed (like on Chrome) since IE9.

Next, on the detail view, try and refesh display after resizing screen or splitter.
