Hi,
I noticed something, and a lot of my users reported me that it could be great in use
When sending a mail through the mail button (on a given ticket for example) :
It's not possible to send images like in the note editor for example, I mean would it be possible with a richtexteditor, as long as a mail is html too ?

We would have to resolve remote access : when you edit a rich text field on projeqtor, the uri of the image is local to current server.
When you send an iùal, the uri will not be resolved, so we would need to interprete all img tage to provide remote location, and ensure images are remotely accessible.
