If it's at all possible, it would be very handy to have the possibility to save an object while in the full-screen edit mode (capture Ctrl+S for example).
Typical use-case: during a meeting, you go to full-screen edit mode to take notes with beautiful formatting - great ! :woohoo:
But if you make a wrong action (browse to different site, or lose netowrk connection for example), there is a risk of losing all unsaved information - which could be trouble at the end of the meeting. I work on Windows, so I'm a big fan of very regularly doing Ctrl+S ... 😛
Also, I think it would be handy to use 'Escape' key to exit full-screen edit and go back to the regular view.

I know it would be handy, but all tries to do it have failed. This would require a lot of redesign to avoid defauf behaviors, including refresh of the page, that leads to a mess when editor is in full screen mode.
Editor escape mode is managed by widget, not sure it is possible to interfer with default behavior.
