so, in Budget, you can fix the organization but, when input project expense, budget item list is not restricted to the same organization as the ressource who set the expense.
So, user can set budget item that's not allowed.

obviously, this is tracked by financial operations and may be corrected in the end but lead to errors in budget imputation...

Is it possible to restrict budget item usage to the right organization ?

ie : if my organization tree is
1
1.1
1.2
1.3
2
2.1
2.2
Then only 2, 2.1 and 2.2 can set expense to budget item refered to 2 and only 1.1 can set expense refered to 1.1 for exemple ?
