In order to find the latest changes quickly, it would be good to have the timestamp of the last change as a separate table column in Questions and Change Requests.
This would make our work much easier.
Is there a way to make this possible?

Otherwise a workaround would be, with the customization plugin, to create a field with the latest update:
lastUpdateDateTime (date and time)
lastUpdateDate (date only)
once the field has been created you will see the creation AND modification informations in the header of the detail area and you will see in the columns the newly created field which will allow you to sort your lists
