Hello,
Note on items can be displayed as discussion, with indent for help to follow replies.
But, when using mail response, mail content will be added to item like new note and can't be displayed as reply to note.
Then discussion mode is unusefull...
This is because mail will be generated on event "new note" or "modified note" for item "Activity" so no reference for note Id is included in mail.
This can be an evolution for mail on notes events...
