Hello,
I have many users who tend to forget to fill in the "is sub-project of" field when creating a project, whereas I would to always create new projects within the existing hierarchy.
Would it be possible to have an option to restrict project creation, so that only certain profiles would be allowed to create a project at root level ?

With Screen Customization plugin, you could define that field "is sub-project of" is required for soem profiles, such as Project Leader.
