When we modify a ticket a email is sent. When several modifcations have been done with diferente dates, it will be good to sort the modification by date (more recent to older) in the body.

Hi,
If you're dealing with notes order in the email, you're right, and it will be fixed in V4.5 (I also noticed that sort order was different than displayed one)
