Hi,
I think that will be very usuel to assign a workflow approbation for timesheet and cost (all types).

Something eqivalent planned on ticket #64.
workflow approbation for cost
Already exists : as cost has a status, you can define a workflow for each type of cost. Default workflow used is "simple with project leader validation".

I meant that approbation may be follow a workflow wich includes resources and now juste states.
I'm going to test the opportunity to use states.
