Since the update to version 11.1.2, I've been experiencing some issues. For information, i've apply the 11.1.3 patch, and it's not fix. 
The problem was not present in 11.1.1

Firstly, when I open a ticket, let's say ticket A, and switch to full screen, it opens normally, which is fine, no problem there. However, if I close it and then open another ticket, say ticket B, in full screen, the description for ticket B shows the description of ticket A. Similarly, if I move on to another ticket, like ticket C, the description is empty, and this happens for any other tickets I open thereafter. The only workaround seems to be logging out and then logging back in.

This problems is reccurent. 3 users, 3 pc, 3 problems. 
I believe the full-screen function is not stable ?
