Hi Babynus
When i receive an email from ProjeQtor Website, I have a problem with french language and accents (see below) in the subject of the email.
Example : [Suivi de Projet] Ticket #192 est passé au statut 'Qualifié' : "Rapport synthese prêt Effectué Mois en cours / Mois precedent"
On the other side, the body is correct.

I think it is your mail client which is not UTF-8 compatible (or not configured)
Mail body works fine because it is full HTML and charset is explicitly defined as UTF-8.
I tired with outlook and gmail : it is workig fine.
