Hi,
We got a problem when trying to add attachment to ticket over 4mb size. The max size is changed in settings to 10mb but we still getting enclosed message

Possibly it is the php.ini limitation that blocks you :
- upload_max_filesize = 10M
- post_max_size = 10M
