I try to import files as a milestone activity ... automatically "automatic import", I have filled in the necessary fields but I find an error.
The same file If I import it manually, it works but it does not work when I import automatically.

You have character set issue.
All accentuated characted are displayed wrong on Excel.
Try and use CSV of maybe file transfer was not appropriate.
