BUG: import data - button browser is misstyped "browseá"

Hi,
The correct value to be displayed is "browse..."
In fact, the 3 dots have automatically been replaced by single caracter in the lang.xls Excel file, and this can lead to some issue corresponding to the locale.
Corrected. Ticket #236 in track Database. Will be deployed with V1.4.0.
