I'm able to add a new colum in ticket screen, but not ableto move it. When I try to move it and then I click on OK button, no error but nothing happen

First be sure to clean browser cache.
Then open browser console, play use case, and report any error logged.

Could you post your logs file please.
Remove is done by unchecking it in column selector.
id and name cannot be unchecked (they are mandatory)
This is what i do but it does not work. i want to remove "Urgence"...

I uncheck Urgence field from the list and when i clik on OK to validate, this field is still appearing

Try and reset configuration (button reset in column selector) and try again
