This may occur for several reasons :
 - severe error => you should have error reported in log file
 - user opened new tab in projeqtor and retyped the url => this closed the previous connection
 - php server stopped
 
Note that last stable release is V9.4.4.
Please migrate to this version as issue you are facing may be already fixed.
