There seems to be an error in the import of CSV files - in a specific use case only: if a text field ends with a trailing backslash, then the import will be corrupted.
I guess it is seen as an escape character.
If using XLSX format, there is no issue.
For example see attached file.

I cannot reproduce.
Import works fine with your attahced file (after renaming 'type' to 'activity type')
Possibly value for parameter "export CSV to UTF-8 format" is set to YES and import file is not in UTF-8 format ?
(but my tests could not generate issue even in this config)
Can you please give more information :
- complete error logged
- value for parameter "export CSV to UTF-8 format"
I tried again on my test environment with this file and also could not reproduce ! :S
I'll have to dig back into the messages which came up at the time - if anything relevant comes out I'll let you know.
