The easiest way is to click on the name field 
Alternatively, you can create filters on each screen and customise your display.
Don't hesitate to consult the online manual using the f1 shortcut.

I rather proposed to modify the default behavior which seems to me more interesting for most users: who is interested in sorting by ID? Obviously this is to be validated by your Product Owner.

Sorting on ID is the default on ALL lists...
It sets it easy to see last created ones.
So of you prefer another order, just create filter and set it as default...
