I've got 2 documents with manual versionning, with imported version of doc etc... but the state of document doesn't change to "recorded" .. still blank... shouldn't it change to recorded as soon as a version is attached ?

actually it must change state normally, after adding a version to it.
Have you an issue on your log files ?
can you show a screenshot of the pop up when you insert a version ?
obviously, everything went fine for all my documents and they all change state when I attached a version.. except 2 of them.. the screen display was correct 'version attached' (or wathever)
about the log, I can't really know when it happened cause I'm quite in a rush and didn"t take that into account as my file was I attached I thought it was just a refresh pb... I check some of them from past days, but nothing obvious.
Meanwhile, maybe it could have a link with the fact that using "manual' versionning, I have to do an exact "version insert procedure" or it doesn't work ..
I mean
1/ I choice the document
2/ I put the date
3/ I put de Version label
4/ I MUSTNOT CHECK the "is a reference" box ..
If I do that in once, it doesn't work at all..
I have to reopen the version to say it's a reference.
if I try to enter the version label BEFORE entering the date, the version label is either deleted or previous label (in case of next version) is re-written...
Gonna check more log file but no obvious events that looks like that...
