Hello all,
we have a problem with the planning of activities. I created a project with some activites, I said the first activity “Verdrahtung1” will need 30 hours. (As basic settings we have working hours for 6 hours per day.) So normally the program should plan the activity for at least 5 days. But it’s just for one day as you can see in the picture. So the time is too short. When I run the planning nothing changed. Is it a bug or is it my mistake?
Another thing is, when I change the planning in “as soon as possible” the activity starts today although the project has the validated start date 22.08.2018. (But it’s still just one day.) In my understandig activites should only be planned after the validated start date of the project and not before the project starts.

So normally the program should plan the activity for at least 5 days.
At least 15 days, as you defined rate at 30% (not work more thant 30% of capacity per day).
But it’s just for one day as you can see in the picture.
This is tipical of not really planned project....
When you calculated planning, check that you include the corresponding project.
Also check : allocation to project rate (must not be zero), capacity of resource (must not be zero), "fix planning" on project (must not be checked), and project type (must not be administrative nor template)
