Hi
i setup mail sent for both manager of the project or other people (not user, only email address)
Those people are receiving email twice, but i have no email sent record in doublon.
Please clarify.

Hi,
I'm not sure it comes from ProjeQtOr, as it seems code is correct and only snds email once.
I think it is the email server that sends email twice.
Can you try and change smtp server for a try ?
Can you get some traces of email server that will point out duplicates ? (or possibly resent ...)
Possibly it is some unexpected structure in the message that forces smtp server to duplicate emails.
But we don't reproduce, so we need more information to try and reproduce and fix.
