On line 211352, the import is bugging cause "Type of bill" is "Facture complète" and one line is taking in account "Facture complète"
This bug append only on several line inside the same CSV and CSV file seems to be ok and generated in same format ?

I don't see any issue on projeqtor side.
If your import file is buggy, import will be buggy.
