Hi,

the email sending function from a ticket is always in error, when we want to send it to the issuer, requestor, responsable, accountable,...

"Not able to send to ''"

and in the log file I have this :
"PHPMail error : SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot submit message. 0.35250:0A003C89, 1.36674:01000000, 1.61250:00000000, 1.45378:02000000, 1.44866:00000000, 1.36674:7A000000, 1.61250:00000000, 1.45378:05000000, 1.44866:00140000, 1.36674:0A000000, 1.61250:00000000, 1.45378:16000000, 1.44866:A7620000, 1.36674:0E000000, 1.61250:00000000, 1.45378:C0620000, 1.44866:FA010000, 16.55847:01220000, 17.43559: SMTP code: 554 Additional SMTP info: 5.2.0"

I have this error under versions 8.6.3 and 9.0.2. I used this function under previous version, but I don't remember which one.

Can I do anything to solve this?

Thank you.

Regards,
MCanuto

Hi,

I think something changed on your SMTP server.
Either crediential rules have changed or any other change that rejects the mails.
Check with your SMTP server manager.

Hello,

how do you explain that we receive perfectly all the emails sent automatically at any change of a Ticket, meeting or activity status? Or the mails telling us that some members of the team didn't fill the timesheet?
Both fonctionnalities pass by the same email configuration, right? the one defined at the global parameters.

Please, advise.

Hello,

I think this problem is global, because when I try to send an email to the participants of a meeting, I also get an error , but the automatic notifications of activities status changes are sent correctly, without errors.

What should I check to fix this problem?

MCanuto

It seems you activated the option "send emails as current user" and you SMTP server does not allow it.

Hello,

Thanks for the tip. I changed the option "send emails as current user" to "No" and the mails are now sent, but I add a message

and the message is not on the email received:

Is it because I need to use an email template? When I do that, the message appears before the template:

Mcanuto
