- PDF printed files are ok with Vietnamese charset (Precomposed Unicode) with Font for PDF export : freesans
- CVS or Excel exported files for Gantt planning report are OK (see 2023-10-09 17 20 38-pro-02.png and export_PlanGantt_20231025_085803.csv
- CVS or Excel exported files for other report are not OK, allmost the Vietnamese Chars replaced by question mark ? char -(see 2023-10-09 17 20 38-pro-01.png and export_Project_20231025_075024.csv) csv on zip file)

Just set Global Parameter "Export CSV files in UTF-8" to Yes.
