I have an issue with file attachement. Sometimes, files attached by drag and drop on a ticket can't be downloaded. The point is that there is no message to let the user know something is wrong. The file seems to be correctly attached and is recorded in database.

In logs there is :
2016-05-03 09:00:34.309 ** ERROR ** ERROR **
2016-05-03 09:00:34.309 ** ERROR ** on file '/var/www/projeqtor/tool/projeqtor.php' at line (936)
2016-05-03 09:00:34.309 ** ERROR ***** cause = Undefined variable: logLevel

I can't reproduce this error because I don't know why it happens.
Purhaps it will be good to avoid database recording without checking if the file is really present at the specified path.
