Hi,
When i use filter for "requester" or "emetteur", all items are displayed without any filter on project. Main issue is that all my customers are able to see name of people from other company if they use that filter.

You are right, there is not filter in lists for contacts (requestors) and users (issuers).
The only existing filter is on resources list, but not based on projects, based on restriction defined on Specific access rights.
This does not exist for contacts and users.
This could be an improvement to filter these data. Ticket #4191.
Please pay attention to the title of your post.
When reading forum, it seems Filtering is not working at all, although it is just a restriction on the list that you may need and is not applied.
