Do you have some issues about data: lost, update database,... when you update?

When upgrading, database is automatically updated.
There has never been major issues on this step.
Sometimes, it happens that update fails due to some specificity (postgresql database specificity, slow machine leading to Timeout on long treatments, ...)
This always lead to some fix when needed, so I don't think anyone lost data when upgrading (can anyone report about loosing data ?)

Nethertheless, it is highly recommended to save your database before upgrading.
It is the basis of Murphy's law : if you don't you'll have more change to face an issue... 😉

I have a problem, specify:
- I used export function to export all structure and data of projeqtor to a sql file.
- Then I installed new projeqtor (same version) application and ... a new database auto generated
- Then I imported all structure and data and phpmyadmin alert successed but no data to display and alert a error ("some ...errors when update...") when i login
So, Why??

I guess using phpMyAdmin : good option

So you installed a new version beside existing one.
You should have over writted existing.
That's why you got a new database

I guess you imported over first database, and are now connected to second one.
Check your databases in phpMyAdmin...
Also check your db paraleters in the parameters.php file.
