Hello,
I’m working on the HR module, specifically on skills management. The skill filter works correctly and filters the list as expected. However, the skill level filter doesn’t seem to affect the list of resources: all levels are displayed, even after selecting a specific level. Only the sorting order appears to be impacted.Do you have any explanation for this behavior?

The skill level will not "filter" for the exact level.
It will impact accuracy rate for skill.
If you need level 3, resources with level 3 and 4 will be 100%, resource with level 2 will be 67% and resource with level 1 will be 40%
