I am using the old interface and I have access to the "actions" screen : I switch to the new interface (with the same user) and suddenly the "action" icon isn't displayed anywhere (I looked all over), so I cannot access the "actions" screen
I switch back to the old interface and it's all good (man)
Is it a malfunction or is there something I do wrong ?

If you're not familiar with the new interface, you can try to look for the screen of your choice by typing the beginning of the name of the screen in the search input :
Actions is under Steering (Pilotage in french).
For information, the favorites in the old interface and in the new interface are not necessarily the same.
Also, connected as an admin, maybe you need to go on "Modules management" screen of the new interface (Configuration -> Modules management) and check if Steering is checked. (it is needed for Actions screen). Try to disconnect and reconnect, too.
OK, the problem was that in the Modules management screen Steering was not checked
It worked in the old interfarce but not in the new : I activated steering and now I can access the Actions screen in the new interfarce
