Currently the user can reorder any element of the Gantt Chart (activity, milestone, etc), by dragging its selector up/down.
But if he wants to change the indenting of an element, he has to use the indent or outdent buttons in the lower half of the screen.
It would be far easier if he can just drag the selector sideways to change the indenting.
The Foxit pdf Reader allows the user to change the indent of any bookmark with a simple drag-and-drop operation.
We can use the same trick.
