the endDate of the resources doesn’t seem handled properly: this value is set when the resource is mentionned «closed», but this field should be set by hand as the startDate.

Actually, a resource may leave the company while the resource manager is on holyday ; in such a case, it is only possible to set the correct endDate by setting it directly in the database. Moreover, if an endDate is already mentionned, then it is overwritten which is a coupling problem: you cannot close/unclose a resource (ie set it as visible in the lists) without reseting its endDate.
