Hi Babynus,
once you save an item, then indicator will check and send Warning or Alert. That's good.
But if on due date, a task is set to done / closed -> done = 1 and/or closed = 1, then it should not check indicators.

Indicators are designed to work the way you describe it.
If it does not, it-s a bug.
I registered the issue as ticket #623.
