KANBAN screen, Activities moved to other states does not change its state information.
Although description field has value, program still asks to enter information.
No error displayed, change not saved.
Possible cause : Activity element Description field has double required setting both on Screen Customization and Activity Type (Description - Mandatory check box)
When there is one required check, Screen Customization then there is no issue moving activities to different states at Kanban screen.
Are there any error in log file or in browser console ?
No, I have not seen any error on the log file.
I tried and reproduce.
Strange, I did not reproduce on local instance.
Then tried to reproduce on Demo to show it works ; then I could reproduce the issue on Demo.
