Hi,
Currently 'Locked' users still appears in the Resource Planning. I believe this is a bug - the should not be listed there.

'Locked" user simply means that user cannot connect.
It is not 'idle'.
'Idle" users are not displayed in resource planning, but 'locked' users are.
