We are not living in a perfect world, and sometimes the project margin could be negative 🙁
In such situation, the project's summary view indicates '0' as margin if it is between 0 and -9. From -10% and less (or more!), it's ok :huh:
Moreover, is it possible to convert the margin field from int(6) to decimal(2,2), as for projects with total amount of some millions, the decimal part becomes significant.

Is it really important as the workload (validated and reassessed) and costs are displayed with appropriate accuracy ?

We are not talking about the same things. Your screenshot shows the Workload margin on the Today view.
I'm talking about the Cost margin on the Projects view (refer to attached)
