Hi,
In some cases the history of the ticket has no user in insert stage. It is just empty. System should have some kind of verification against this problem

But I think it's better to have history registered with no user than no history line B)
Could it be lines inserted through Import or Automatic import ? :whistle:
Then is is normal to have no user defined. 😉

No, it have been standard ticket created by user.
Sure better history without user than no history at all..
