I am trying to use the online demo however I receive error Invalid login parameters. 

 

I used supervisor for login and my name for username.

As explained on the screenshot, you just need to use a login (for instance "manager"). Then the password will be exactly the same ("manager").
As the demo is a public online instance, your own name is not supposed to be used there.

The user "supervisor" is unable to connect to the online demo. I am using 'supervisor' as both the login and password, as instructed on the page, but it always returns 'Invalid login parameters'.

There was a temporary issue with the supervisor account on the demo site.
You can log in again.
