On the version V8.4.3, i can see the same projects in "Planning" and "Planning global".
On the version V8.5, i can see my projects in "Planning"...but "Planning global" is empty.
Same issue on your demo

This is an issue on new V8.5.0.
Ticket #4748 recorded.
Will be fixed on patch V8.5.1
