We use last stable version and last plug in of screen customization.
There are 2 issues I met with list.
I tried to add à list in screen of Provider without success and with message to contact Administratif.
After that I was able to add and delete thé list to Action screen what prooves thé list works.
I also triés to add thé list (after délétion in Action screen) in Project screen. It worked also. The list belongs to the part "linked elements". I tried to remove but without success.
If you need additional information to fix problem. Tell me.

the name of the list is : TestList
The list can be added in the main screen of "Projects" and also deleted.
The list cannot be added in the screen of "Provider". See attached file for message.
Please post log files after issue occured:

Please zip it.
(.php files cannot be attached)
Try to replace with attached Provider.php.
It should work better.
We'll investigate to avoid this issue in the Plugin.
