Hi,
In the report "work plan per resource and per week", the resource list does not contain resource pools. This is not the same behaviour nor expected one like in the planning per resource where pools planning are available along with real resource ones. Nevertheless, I would prefer that pools be redistributed in real resources in reports and in resource planning (cf this request). I have not tested other reports.

It is possible only if you select "Unique resource" in assignment for pools.
Then you get what you mant.
