[#6048]

Hello,

I'm trying to make appear only tickets with "planned due date/time" + 7 days OR with "planned due date/time" expired.

In the ticket screen, I'm using this formule in "advanced filter definition" : planned due date/time <= today + 7 days but it doesn't work, all tickets disappear.

I'm using Chrome Version 75.0.3770.80 (Build officiel) (64 bits) with ProjeQtOr 8.0.3

Thanks in advance.

I just tested and it workds fine ...
Are you sure you have some tickets with plannedDueDatetime <= today + 7 days ?
Don't you have any other filter ? (project selector activated for instance)

Please show printscreens with list (showing planned due date), filter you dfine and result list..
Also check for errors in log file and in browser console..

Yes it works well with the online demo. May be it is corrected in the 8.0.4 version.

Please see image below :
(without filter)

(with filter activated)

Note that the filter icone don't show the "ON" indication, I have to refresh the page.

There is no error in log file.

Thanks for your support.

Issue with icon is fixed on V8.0.4
Maybe issue with filter will also work better with 8.0.4

Hello,

I have updated Projeqtor to the last version (8.0.4) and I have the same problem (icon "ON" not appear directly and filter doesn't work)

It's strange because filter in other way like "plannedDueDatetime >= today + 7 days" or "plannedDueDatetime >= today + -7 days" works fine (except the "ON" icon).

I'have also tested with an other browser (Firefox 67.0.2(64 bits)) and I have the same problem.

I don't understand why this filter works with the online demo and not in our server.

Try and clean browser cache.

I cleaned cookies and cache but it doesn't change anything.
I replaced all the projeqtor folder on the server but without result.

It seems there is a problem with the "<= aujourd'hui + " function with advanced filter.
Furthermore I have the problem with "ON" icon with all filters.

I will test a fresh install on my personnal computer and I will inform you of the result.
