Hi,
After migrating from version 9.5.3 to 9.5.4, all accented characters are incorrectly displayed on the screen:
Example :
"Tests d'intégration" vs "Tests d'intégration" in 9.5.3 version

Hi,
Thanks for your advice but these tips don't solve my strange problem.
I did a REPLACE by SQL to update the text column (name, Refname, description, etc.) to quickly solve the problem.

Your issue come from erroneous migration process.
It seems you created a new DB, with export / import of data into new DB.
It is during this process that you set the mess with acceets.
You must ensure that each step is in UTF8 (including exported file)
