We are conducting trials on ProjeQtor.
During this exercise, we have found that when a resource logs in, his Planning screen shows tasks where he is not involved in any role!
As a result, his workload appears to be increased.
In the attached screenshot, I have logged in as Coder 2 (see the status line), but the screen shows me Task 4, which is NOT related to Coder 2 in any way.
- The right-click on the activity’s bar clearly shows that it is assigned to Coder 1, (not to Coder 2)
- The Treatment section shows that Coder-1 is responsible for this activity (and not Coder 2)

Gantt chart is a Project Manager view, so he needs to see the whole activity of the project, not only his own.
"Resource planning" is what you want (and you get it in projector)
Well, this is a little less intuitive, because the user is not a project manager. So I expected a project plan, but with filtered view that shows only those tasks where the current user is fully/partly involved.
At least, there should be a check box that does this.
No, there is no check box needed : what you expect exists as a dedicated view : resource planning
