Version is 12.2.0.
When you open the "Projects" menu in the top bar and the project list is long, the window scrollbar appears randomly. This prevents you from selecting projects at the bottom of the list. Clicking "Favorites" makes the scrollbar appear.

I don't think this is the only case, but I systematically reproduce the problem this way:
- Click on "Project: All Projects" on the top bar -> The scrollbar is present
- Collapse or expand "Favorites" depending on its status (I don't know if this matters, but my favorites list is empty)
- Click on "All Projects" -> the window closes (OK)
- Click on "Project: All Projects" again on the top bar -> The window scrollbar no longer appears
To make it reappear: collapse or expand "Favorites" or select a project.
