Is it normal on reports / Planning/ gantt planning or portfolio gantt, I see the closed project...
is it possible to just display the non-closed project ? because, now I've got a lot of project closed.

No, it's not normal.
And on my side I cannot see closed projects on these reports...
... unless you checked "show closed" on the project selector parameter (enter archive mode)
