- I have defined a user with specific projects affectation.
- I have defined this user to be able to access Screen tickets & reports onto "Screen access" configuration tab. (so specifically, I want to create a Ticket report account for those projects)
- Onto "report access" configuration tab, I enable access to some tickets stuff and onto "actual status" I enable "ticket spreadout by version".
- Onto "data access (project dependancy)" I put a reader status to "ticket' and "creator" to simple ticket to this user.
When I log in with this user and I check report > actual status > "ticket by version" I've got the parameters box that appear with project possibilities ok (project defined for this user) / type of ticket (all type of ticket) and responsible with all responsible people of ALL my projects, included those where this user is not affected and that this user should not be able to see !
As a matter of fact, if I made no choice of projet/type of ticket and responsible ppl and simply press the 'view' button, I obtain ALL ticket repartition of ALL my products defined of ALL my projects created and not only those of products/versions from the User affectation.
Is there any way to limit "responsible" choice on status repartition to people affected ONLY to the project of THIS user ?
Is there any way to limit ticket repartition by version visibility tp products/versions that are ONLY on projects affected to THIS user ?

Nlo restriction is possible only depending on Team or Organization (see specific access rights, last lines)

It should be the case, unless the user has a default profile that gives visibility to all tickets on all projects.
According to my point of view, setup should be good for this user not to be able to see other projects so if you could tell me what I could post to you in order to check what is wrong or try to reproduce the pb, it should be appreciate.
Show user form.
Show "access to forms (project dependent)" for the profile of user.
Show "access mode" liist
