The admin can create accounts and assign profiles to different users.
However, the project manager through environmental parameters - Trust can give the profile "administrator" on a project to its resources, which is problematic because a resource would become admin application and can proceed to create account .......
The temporary solution is to close the admin profile so that it appears more and can no longer be assigned by project managers.
Have you incorporated the correction of this anomaly in your future development? Otherwise what would be the justification?
