I would like to hide the "work units catalog" field in the "project menu" for project members, using the screen customization. I set this according to the role, but when I click on the "save" button, this resets the setting (to display all).
I can live with this -I would just like to keep the display as lean as possible for some users.

the work unit catalogs can be hidden by profile via data access (project dependant) so no need for the plugin for that.
it is very likely that the way the catalogs are displayed on the project screen for a profile is set differently between the plugin and the acces rights.

Indeed, doing as you suggest prevent from accessing the menu. But the field is still present in the project menu. And that's where I wanted to remove it.
